Our bodies were designed to sit on firm surfaces. Some of us unlucky people have weaker ligaments in the pelvic areas. If we are one of these unfortunate people we must take extra care on what we sit on. Sitting of soft furniture will strain the ligament structures that hold our pelvis together. The end result is that we will suffer Sacro-illiac seperation. The usual symptoms of Sacro-illiac disease is pain on standing, pain on walking, the pain usually gets better when sitting. Getting up from a chair is also a classic Sacro-Illac symptom. We suggest sitting on the floor to watch Television with a small pillow if you have hard floors. Or purchase a plastic cutting board and sit directly on it. American Car's do not have firm seats. If you have a sacro-Illiac condition then we strongly suggest you purchase a plastic cutting board that will fit in your seat and use it any time that you are in your car.
