Eye Strain
To relieve eye strain, we recommend the following procedure.  Put both hands on the eye's using the fingers.  You will place them just under the eye brows.  Lightly touching them you will gently pull down on the skin until you feel a calming effect.  Do this for 15 seconds every two hours of computer work.  This will aid in reducing the over-stimulation of the 3,4,6,2 cranial nerves.  If we overload these cranial nerves we will experience dizzyness, base of the neck headaches, neck muscle tightness etc.  Doing this procedure greatly helps, try it and let us know!!!!!!
